The homemade "buffer".....




After a little "buffing"




The frame after a weekend of work. The engine is in and mounted. The swing arm and hub is installed as well as the triple tress (which were also polished via the home made "buffer")




Forks, trees, risers installed with the front wheel. The forks, risers, rotors and wheel all spent some time on the buffer.




The shorty risers for the 20" fatty apes. (also the new headlight...)




Front controls installed.




Radiator bolted in.




New lamp mounted.




Front end almost done - just need to wire everything.




Rear brakes coated and installed with the rear wheel.




The wire harness...... I was scared!
